Our Consultant firstly receives a briefing and a position description and conducts an environmental appraisal.

Our researchers are then given a detailed brief of our clients requirements including; experience, skills, remuneration level and personality attributes. Utilising our extensive database, industry connections, publications, telephone marketing and advertising the research team compiles a list of candidates that meet the selection criteria.

This list is passed on to the Consultant who discreetly contacts selected candidates to gauge their interest in the position.

If the candidate is interested in the position and their telephone manner satisfies the selection criteria then a first interview is arranged. The identity of our Client is not usually revealed to a candidate until there is an agreement to progress past the first interview.
